Anna Maria (Godbolt) Leveridge (1846-1928) was born in England and emigrated to Coe Hill in north Hastings County, Ontario, around 1883.
Custodial history
Fonds was in the custody of the Tivy family until acquired by Trent University Archives.
Scope and content
Fonds consists of the letters of Anna Leveridge who homesteaded with her husband David and their 8 children near Coe Hill, Ontario. She describes her trip from England, and pioneer life in the backwoods of Hastings County. Included are photographs of Anna Leveridge and her husband David.
