Administrative history
Services were being held at Richmond Road in Nepean by 1865 and the stone church of All Saints', Nepean was built that same year. Construction halted after the walls and roof were built until its completion in 1872. In June of 1872, Bishop J. Travers Lewis consecrated All Saints' Church. By 1911, a parsonage had been purchased. Due to growth of the congregation, the decision was made in 1914 to build a new church on the old site, making use of the old building where possible, though this was not acted on for many years. The parish hall was dedicated in February of 1925 by Bishop John Charles Roper. The cornerstone for the new All Saints' was laid by Governor General Massey on October 18, 1953. The first services in the new church were held on June 27, 1954 and on November 5th, All Saints' was dedicated by Bishop Ernest Samuel Reed. The old church structure was designated as "The Chapel of the Holy Spirit." A new rectory had been obtained around 1957. A lack of space in the old parish hall led to the erection of Steacy Memorial Hall which was dedicated in February of 1960 by Bishop Ernest Samuel Reed. By 1962, the Chapel of the Holy Spirit was restored. The 100th anniversary of All Saints' was celebrated on April 23, 1965. In 1995, the rectory was sold. Since 1955, the parish has been known as All Saints', Westboro.
