One image of the Royal Canadian Navy baseball team from Toronto, Ontario being greeted by Canadian Legion Sports Day Director Alex McKinnon at the Canadian Pacific Railway Station in Sudbury, Ontario, where the team had travelled to compete against the International Nickel Company's (Inco) Refinery baseball team, the Copper Kings. McKinnon is shaking hands with Sub-Lieutenant Buckley and Ken McArthur is standing behind the two men. The other men standing are, from left to right, Hilly Lang, Art Russell, D. Rogerson, F. Clark, Frank Morris, Bill Balmer, and Gordy Wright. Kneeling from left to right, are R. Cummings, F. O'Leary, and Cy Roworth.

The game between the Royal Canadian Navy baseball team and the International Nickel Company's (Inco) Refinery team took place on Monday, August 3rd, 1942 at Queen's Athletic Field in Sudbury, Ontario. Over 5,000 people attended the game which ended in a 3-3 draw.
